We offer a range of training courses across central London and the Home Counties, as well as various in-house options. Our training will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to support people who hear voices, and to set up and facilitate a hearing voices group in a forensic setting.
Both our one-day awareness training, and our three-day group facilitation courses, are extremely popular and book up quickly. Please register your interest early to avoid disappointment.
We have a 1-day training covering Advanced Facilitation Skills for Hearing Voices Groups in Forensic & Detention Settings on 10th May. This will be an opportunity for experienced facilitators to explore some of the key challenges and reflect on their own role within the group.
We are holding a 1-day training 17th May on Supporting Women who Self-Harm in Forensic & Detention Settings. During the course, we shall reflect on the impact of working with self-harm whilst developing skills to work with the women we are supporting.
Our next Hearing voices group facilitation training for staff supporting women in prisons, forensic secure units and immigration removal centres (IRCs) will be taking place in July 2018, we will update this page with the date once it is confirmed.
